The Revelation of Jesus Christ: the word revelation means, “An uncovering, a disclosure, and an unveiling.” This book reveals Christ in His Glory and His final victory. It sketches a picture of the beginning of time and the end of time. We see Jesus, the Triumphant, the Lamb, One who was slain, and One who becomes the Lion. THE LAMB, in this book defines the title for Christ. Jesus, the Lamb, is worthy to open the scroll and reveal Himself here because He was killed on the cross, raised gloriously by the power of the Holy Spirit, and will return for His believers to live with Christ forever.
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created” (Revelation 4:11).
We were created and exit to glorify and worship God. We will worship something or someone.
The Revelation of Christ in Me:
- Reveal Christ in the way we live.
- Uncover our faith by the way we think.
- Disclose our Christ-life by the way we treat others.
